PERSONAL TRAINING


We offer both Small Group Training (up to 3 clients) or X-clusive 1 On 1 Training in either a 30 or 60 minute individually tailored program made to meet each clientís goal of weight (fat) loss, muscle toning (sculpting), athletic conditioning, muscle building and/or strength & conditioning.

Programs are available for women, men, youth, seniors and athletes of all levels. We offer 1, 2 & 3 day per week programs, which can be purchased in 5, 10 or 20 week packages. Rates are $20 - $40 per session for Small Group Training or $27.50 - $55 per session for X-clusive 1 On 1 Training depending on the package purchased. Police, Fire, E.M.S. & Military Discounts are also available with proper I.D. We also offer In Home Training at a slightly higher rate, please call.


         Option Payment Plans (O.P.P.) are available!




GROUP FITNESS CLASSES


GET FIT BOOT CAMP:   This is a 45 minute instructed total body transformation class (indoor/outdoor with weather permitting) that incorporates functional training, cardio exercises, weight training and strength & conditioning drills at the most economical rate. Itís a Metabolic Resistance Training workout thatís designed to shed body fat, tone muscles, speed up your metabolism and increase your strength & endurance improving your overall physical appearance and mental health. Rates are low as $11 per class depending on the package purchased. We offer 1, 2 & 3 day per week programs (for groups of 5-10), which can be purchased in 6, 12 or 18 week packages.

YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP: This is a indoor/outdoor (when weather is permitting) physical fitness camp designed for young athletes (football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey players, ect.) and active youths ages 10-17. It focuses on resistance/non resistance exercises and training techniques that will improve power, speed, agility, strength and flexibility so that your child reaches his/her maximum performance in there perspective sport and is less prone to injury. While creating a positive & energetic atmosphere we emphasize proper form and safe techniques, giving your athlete a valuable skill set that they can build on well into their athletic careers!
